Always a great place to stay in front of Hakata Station. This is my second time staying at this hotel, will be staying again if I go back to Fukuoka. Very close to many restaurants and walking distance to the attractions. Do recommend.

Good hotel for a stay in Fukuoka. The lobby has a nice warm, modern design that makes a good first impression. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location near Hakata Station made getting around easy. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Solid choice for a longer stay in the city.

Located right in the middle of Fukuoka, you can walk to many of the main spots like Hakata station, Canal City and even Tenjin, but there’s also nearby public transport, and many eating places nearby. The hotel’s bath was quite decent although pretty basic. The staff was excellent and handled themselves in English very well.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Fukuoka! The staff were incredibly kind and even upgraded our room for one night when they heard we were celebrating our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The shuttle to Hakata Station was very convenient, and although the hotel doesn’t offer luggage delivery service, the staff kindly helped us fill out the Yamato form at the 7-Eleven right outside the hotel. Truly lovely hospitality!

Our favorite hotel in Fukuoka! Everything is good! Very spacious room. Good amenities. I like also that it has a washing machine and the drying of clothes can only take 1-2 hours using the bathroom’s fan (it has options to dry clothes, ventilation, etc.). Very clean. Located very near to Hakata Station. Located at a quiet neighborhood. This is actually our 5th time to stay here.

Location is great. I traveled light and walked from Hakata Station upon arrival at Fukuoka to the Hostel, and the walk was only about 15~20 minutes. The Hostel also has great access to Tenjin area and Hakata-za (aka Hakata Theater, my main purpose of this trip). In addition, the Hostel is actually located within the shopping streets area, which is something to be thankful when it is raining.

Decent size room, clean, comfortable and quiet. Really enjoyed the massage chair. Hakata station is pretty much across the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops around making it a good base in Fukuoka. Busy during check in times but we didn't wait for long in the line.

The location is perfect that it sits next to Hakata Station which is a transfer station for other train service, Shinkansen and regular train. It takes 5 mins walk from the station. The staff is polite and willing to offer help anytime you arrive at the lobby. The breakfast is an excellent choice with Japanese style or Western style as well. I recoomend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Fukuoka. Have a great journey !

Even though we stayed only one night, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We used their free shuttle bus service from Hakata Station to the hotel, and then from the hotel to Fukuoka International Airport. The room was very nice and comfortable.
