Very clean. Staff was AMAZING!

Could've been better if there were more amenities inside the room. But aside from that all better.

Very good breakfast and also good public bath.

Staff spoke decent English even though this is by no means a tourist area. Breakfast was buffet style and what is to be expected from a Japanese business hotel buffet. There is also a Family Mart like right across the street. Koga station is less than a 10 minute walk.

The place is very clean and well organized. The staffs are very polite and explained me everything very carefully. I stayed on the first floor with my son and it was a very nice room. He enjoyed a lot and I’m really happy. I was able to wash your clothes on the coin laundry, it cost only ¥300 to wash and ¥100 to dry for 30 minutes. Since I stayed only one night, I opt to choose a room without the breakfast but I still do not regret.

2 blocks from the Oyama Station and in the heart of everything you need. Kitomi and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful we didn't want to leave. The sunrise view was amazing!

Convenient from the train station and clean and the staff was professionally welcoming us.

Location was convenient. Each parking bay was located just in front of the guestroom container where you stayed, so I didn't need to walk far from the parking area to the room. Supermarkets were nearby, where you could buy food and water for breakfast, while you could get a complimentary frozen meal at the front desk and buy refreshments at the vending machine near the front desk. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well.

Right off the expressway and many things nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and lots of amenities including personal items and a spa tub big enough for 2 people.
