Fantastic area to stay in and the room was very comfortable and clean!

We had a great stay at the Osaka Station Hotel. The room was modern, convenient and clean, with an amazing view of the city. The hotel is well positioned to explore Osaka and the surroundings. There is a great breakfast buffet.

Is connected to umeda station, so you can took lift and is directly go to the station

Hotel is very conveniently connected via an underground link with Osaka Station trains and subway lines. Many eateries, notable departmental stores and novelty stores located within walking distance. Short train ride away from downtown Osaka's main food and shopping district. Very nice breakfast selection in a spacious and airy dining areas.

All employees were courteous and extremely helpful.

It is in the heart of osaka. The stuff was great the room is good size for japan standards. Very clean

Clean roll and very detailed thoughtful set up system. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot local cuisines but also meet western style foods. A lot of choice. Great location and everything is wonderful !

The hotel was in the middle of Umeda district; many fine restaurnts, shops, etc,etc. Also, the train station was only a couple minutes away. It couldn't be better. The place was clean and quite. If I go to Osaka again, the place is my choice.

The spacious size of the room, the location of the hotel, the bath house and sauna (available for free to guests of the hotel), the friendliness and helpful of the reception desk staff and housekeeping staff.

The hotel was close to Umeda Train Station and located in the business district. We really liked the area — it was so enjoyable to hang out with locals at the restaurants after work hours.

The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

We spent 2 nights at the canopy by Hilton and we were wonderfully surprised. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The beds are so comfy. Loved the rain shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, decent size rooms, close to the station, restaurants and shops

Location was great, our room was even better. Bigger than the typical hotel rooms in Japan. We stayed in a triple room and it has a table for 4 at the center of the room for eating or just chatting.

Location and cleanliness and room’s size.

The location for us was great. Close but walkable to many markets, temples, and great foods. We enjoyed the massage and haircuts on the same street and found everyone very friendly and hospitable.

The hotel is superb ! Great rooms, amazing swimming pool and very good gym. Excellent breakfast and different options for food. Location is extremely convenient !
