Great amenities, excellent location and big room

Comfortable room, really nice reception Staff, very good breakfast including different items every day, freshly cooked. I also liked the location walking distance to markets and lively neighborhoods. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. It made exploring Osaka, shopping, and finding great food so easy for us. The hotel was very modern, clean, and provided a peaceful and comfortable resting place for our family after long days of sightseeing.

Loved everything, the robots at the reception, the all day cookies, water, tea, coffee. The staff went beyond duty to make your stay the best. Will definitely be coming back! Bonus: best location!

High floor, view, big room, cool interior

The location is super convenient, you can access the elevator directly from the subway station. The staff are very nice and helpful. Our room on 22nd floor is very spacious and got a nice view of the city.

Location was excellent and the free beverages were helpful, staff courtesy at its high level only thing is the room is small and tight.

Very close to Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street and Hommachi Station. Rooms were spotless. The shower is amazing. Very good breakfast as well.

Cleanliness, location, yummy breakfast!

The staff was friendly and accommodating from booking until check out, and answered any questions I had prior to check in promptly. It was in a great location that allowed us to easily get around Osaka. As well, the omakase dinner we had at the hotel’s restaurant was incredible.

Location was great! Loved how the hygiene accommodations were always fully stocked and had all the necessary items! Lastly the staff were all helpful and friendly.

Near subway stations, so many restaurants are around the hotel, receptionists are polite, really clean, near to the tourists' spot, so many duty free shops are near.
