My stay although was short but very comfortable. I will like to stay there again during my next visit. The staffs are welcoming and pleasant, many of them could communicate in English fluently. Overall, I was satisfy.

We like that it's technically in between 2 stations - Singil and Daebang. It's also few stations away to bigger stations like the Yongsan Station and Seoul Station therefore it is a strategic place if you plan to go outside of Seoul like Jeju via ITX or Busan via KTX. And it was less interaction too with staff so all we need is already there and accessible to us. There are nearby bus stops too so it's really not a hassle to go places to and from this hotel. There's even a convenience store so if it's winter, you won't have to leave the hotel anymore. FREE LAUNDRY! But you need to provide your own detergent therefore it's all good. Bonus were lots of storage options in the room, microwave is there and a big ref! :D

The staff was very polite and helpful. Other than room issues, the facility was very clean. When we shared photos of the bathroom mold in room 402 the manager agreed to assign us a different room. The hotel was very quiet and secure. Very positive experience with all staff members. We had booked a second larger rooms for friends and it was much nicer, cleaner and had a shower door.

Breakfast was not included in the package but coffee, water, ice, cereal drinks are available for free at the lobby. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the metro and is few meters away from the subway station, malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts.

Nice space and awesome location in front of the mall and a couple of steps from the metro.
