The restaurant and bar exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals and refreshing drinks in a delightful ambiance. The location couldn’t be more perfect—central to all the attractions and a great spot to unwind. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful hotel! Highly recommend!

Incredible views. Kind staff. Rooftop terrace with outstanding view of reforma and the city. The meditation was really sweet. We took a 7pm yoga class with Irais that was wonderful. The concept of the hotel is very cool and the execution is well done. The lobby is charming with great prices on trinkets from across Mexico. The staff throughout the whole hotel provide a top level of service, from the valet to the bellhop, to the front desk, etc.

It looks very new. The rooms are spacious, the bed was large, and very clean overall. The staff is nice. Close to the Palace of Fine Arts (Bellas Artes) and within 10 minutes to Zocalo.

I slept well. Room is quiet and regularly clean. Excellent services. Front desk clerks goes out of their way to answer questions and provide services.

I had very low expectations for this hotel, since I paid very little but needed to be near SRE for a morning appointment. I was given room 1312, with a spectacular view of the Alameda Central and northern Mexico City - it was lovely. The room was plain and the appurtenances were clearly older, but it was clean, large, comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. There's a cafeteria in the lobby where I had delicious tacos the night I arrived, and breakfast was available but I had plans to go elsewhere. Highly recommend if you need to be near the Alameda Central!

Great place to stay during travel to visit mexico city

Staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic - across the street from Diego Rivera museum, Alameda Park, short walk to Palace of Fine Arts and the Zocalo - too many restaurants to count. Also very close access to the fantastic Metro system. Delicious and generous breakfast buffet every morning.

Location, the attitude of the staff, especially, 2 men who speak English. I'm sorry I don't know their names. I appreciate their policy of storage the luggage.It helped me to see more in Mexico City and beyond.

It’s closed to Garibaldi and Bella’s artes area you can easily walk around with any issues. Very clean.

The staff was amazing - they gave us an upgrade. The room was super spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffer was with multiple options and included in the price. So it's a 5 star hotel by affordable price.

Staff was attentive and agreeable, I checked in very promptly with my booking number, and the room was very clean, it had a fan so was nicely cooled and ventilated, bed linen was spotless, and everything was working properly (lights, shower, fan, hair dryer, TV. No noisy environment/guests so I got a good night's rest. This is what I need from a hotel room and I think I got a good value for the price.

The service and the attitude of staff was exceptional. You feel like you're staying in a luxurious hotel. The hotel is also modern, with great food and wifi. My recommendation and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was beautiful, centrally located and smelled wonderful. The decor was very nice, they had many amenities and a lot of things were within walking distance making it easy to enjoy being a tourist.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! I went for dia de los muertos and it was perfect to stay right in the center of the celebration.

The location of the hostel is really nice, as it’s right in the center and makes it easy to walk to many places. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions we had. We also really loved their breakfast—it was a great way to start the day. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable, which worked well for a short stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for the location.
