I hate this place almost as much as my ex girlfriend!
First it’s not expensive at $20 per person after they gave us gin & scotch!
$1000US for a table is highway robbery!!! They also have a shooter girl who drinks shots and adds it to your bill! Any drinks outside the gin & scotch are really expensive. The butlers stole my wallet out of Andrea’s zipped up purse! 15000 pesos, 3 credit cards, 2 debit cards, 3 grams of blow and my health card from Canada 🇨🇦 Coco Bongos never go it’s a complete rip off!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. They'll try to overcharge you with free drinks and a table and inside there are no enough tables and they charge you again for the drinks. It was a terrible night where the staff and security people treated us poorly and laughed at us. The next night we went to Mandala Beach and we had a great time. Save your precious time and go directly there and avoid Coco Bongo.

don't let them pre open the bottles. they have fake seals and are watered down! we literally drank rum right out of the bottle like it was water.. if they could be honest about the booze it would eaisly be a 5/5 rating, but when they rip you off, you don't get the value for your money and its just poor business...

The location was great. Right in the heart of night life action. Although I didn’t go to Coco Bongo, just not into shows like that, it was right next to it so you could definitely people watch and just enjoy the outside liveliness.

Opportunity to stay in a private room with easy access when traveling with someone with mobility problems. Reasonable price per stay. Good location. Beach is nearby. Proximity to some pubs and Coco Bongo. Peaceful place. Have guided tours to local places. Walking distance from public bus stops if you want to visit Mercado 28, Cancun downtown (ayuntamiento and Parque de las Palapas) Delfines beach or the Hotels district (you need to move by bus, uber or taxi).

I loved everything about the hotel, the food was great, coffee was amazing. The room was very clean, comfy bed and great view from the balcony. The staff was all very nice. Location was great! I would say the area we were in reminded me of the strip in Las Vegas the hotel is close to coco bongo (night club) which is the hotel zone a lot of restaurants and night clubs.

Everything, walking distance to flea market, Coco Bongo, clubs, restaurants. Cleanliness, friendliness, hospitality, beach. Nightly activities at the resort. Just an all around nice resort with plenty to offer.

The hostel is very well located, close to the Coco Bongo and the Forum beach. The pool is large and gives the place a special charm. The lagoon (Nichupté) is also part of the property, although it is not accessible to guests due to the possibility of crocodile attacks. The room has air conditioning and the bathrooms are in the hallway, ensuring more peace and quiet for guests. There are power outlets near each of the beds.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room had 2 windows, with the beautiful view over the lagoon. AC was working at all times.
The hostel itself has a varied entertainment program that is being posted in a WhatsApp chat. The location is top notch with Chedraui market being just 5 min walk away. Close to Coco bongo and other bars and clubs. The pool has solid exposure to sun and was pleasant to swim in. Receptionists are approachable and helpful at all times.
