Location and the status of the room

Incredible location for everything you’d see in the neighbouring areas and main sites, ànd 2 minute walk to metro station connecting you anywhere else. Beautiful city views from rooftop pool area. And most comfortable beds!

Modern hotel with very comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

The character of the hotel is incredible. The service and staff is really awesome, too. What a unique stay in a great location.

I loved the room, very spacious, and the bathroom mirror was super big!

The location was excellent, especially in terms of walkability to great spots for food, coffee, and basic needs. It is also within walking distance of a safe, working ATM. The staff was kind, responsive, and welcoming from beginning to end. Given the images, we didn't expect the room to be that big, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival and would book the same room again.

This property was clean, the location excellent and the overall staff were friendly!

In the room, everything was working exactly as expected, without bad surprises(what sometimes happens in hotels). The combination of the chair and a small table is awesome, it was probably possible to live in this chair! I was working/having calls, relaxing, eating, and just enjoying the city view in the chair, and even started to think of buying it for my house. The city view is also gorgeous! Breakfast was tasty and varied enough not to get tired from the same food every day.

This location has been various hotel names over the last 15 years different name same service if not better. Easily accessible to major transportation and tourist spots

The location is very convenient.

The location was excellent; close to many restaurants and convenience stores and felt safe during both the day and night. We used uber to get around so I can't comment on public transportation options. We didn't find the hotel or area to be noisy at any point. The room was large and contained everything we needed for a comfortable 5 night stay, including good air conditioning. We especially appreciated having a separate couch and dining table to spread out and use after a long sightseeing day. The kitchen was well stocked and included a filtered drinking water spout. WiFi was consistent and strong and the TV had streaming apps. There were a lot of lighting options in the room which provided plenty of light (not always the case in hotels these days!). Bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel as well as a hair dryer. Gym was large and had a good variety of machines and a space for stretching/yoga. We didn't use the laundry, business center, or terrace, but all looked to be in good order and it was nice to have them available. There was always a security guard and someone was at the front desk during the day/evening (I believed they all spoke at least some English if that's needed) and were all very friendly. We highly recommend ULIV Cibeles!
