Clean, quiet ,attractive pool/lobby

It’s a beautiful hotel, with an A+ staff consistently keeping the facilities so clean. The team was extremely helpful and made our stay awesome, with the ladies at reception always helping us get to where we needed to go and offering their best local recommendations. It’s close to everything but feels like you’re in a local neighbourhood. We were upgraded to a large room. It’s so spacious, AC was crisp (for Merida heat!), pillows were super fluffy and the bed sleeps firm. Also, the coffee maker and coffee was a really great start to the morning. The hotel is so new, and they just rolled out their breakfast at the end of our stay and it was great: made-to-order eggs, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. The pool area on the second floor was great for an evening dip, and that bar area is just getting off the ground. Definitely recommend and will come back soon!

I liked it was in downtown, close to places. Very cute love their old style. Love they’re keeping it traditional.

This hotel was wonderful, very close to the center but without the noise. Great attentive staff, excellent, clean pool. Great wifi, comfortable beds and air conditioning plus excellent value. We'll definitely return!

The hotel is great. A great rate and friendly service for a nice clean room. The location is very central to the touristic part of Mérida so it's perfect.

This beautiful colonial house is a perfect getaway to relax and feel comfortable in. The beautiful music, ceramic floors in warm tones, and soft illumination contribute to a soothing and uplifting atmosphere. Fernando and Roberto are a wealth of information and share it willingly and warmly with their guests. Their English is amazing! They contribute greatly to a welcoming environment. It is within walkable distance to many museums and cultural events in the city.

All of the staff, each and every one of them were so polite and very helpful. The hotel is charming, I really enjoyed the painting of Saint Michael. Best regards, Timothy and Isaias
