I slept well. Room is quiet and regularly clean. Excellent services. Front desk clerks goes out of their way to answer questions and provide services.

Incredible views. Kind staff. Rooftop terrace with outstanding view of reforma and the city. The meditation was really sweet. We took a 7pm yoga class with Irais that was wonderful. The concept of the hotel is very cool and the execution is well done. The lobby is charming with great prices on trinkets from across Mexico. The staff throughout the whole hotel provide a top level of service, from the valet to the bellhop, to the front desk, etc.

The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I was also impressed by the reliable WiFi, which made it easy for me to stay connected. The restaurant and bar exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals and refreshing drinks in a delightful ambiance. The location couldn’t be more perfect—central to all the attractions and a great spot to unwind. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful hotel! Highly recommend!

Staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic - across the street from Diego Rivera museum, Alameda Park, short walk to Palace of Fine Arts and the Zocalo - too many restaurants to count. Also very close access to the fantastic Metro system. Delicious and generous breakfast buffet every morning.

Location, friendly staff, dated but in excellent condition, my kind of place

I had very low expectations for this hotel, since I paid very little but needed to be near SRE for a morning appointment. I was given room 1312, with a spectacular view of the Alameda Central and northern Mexico City - it was lovely. The room was plain and the appurtenances were clearly older, but it was clean, large, comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. There's a cafeteria in the lobby where I had delicious tacos the night I arrived, and breakfast was available but I had plans to go elsewhere. Highly recommend if you need to be near the Alameda Central!

The staff was amazing - they gave us an upgrade. The room was super spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast buffer was with multiple options and included in the price. So it's a 5 star hotel by affordable price.

Across the lobby area there is a restaurant. The food is good. Also, the place is very clean. Their elevator was nice to have as well.

Excellent room with all the facilities you need for a trip, including great A/C, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, good WiFi, and a TV with Netflix.

The service and the attitude of staff was exceptional. You feel like you're staying in a luxurious hotel. The hotel is also modern, with great food and wifi. My recommendation and would definitely stay again.
