Staff attention, Location, Security Vigilance

Our check in was at midnite. Reception that late was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room was extremely spacious, clean and well appointed. The extra bath a welcomed bonus. The only thing I would change-and this is being picky-is a full-length mirror. Both mirrors in baths were not too short. Other then that it was a wonderful experience especially for the price.

Overall very clean and nice hotel. My room was spacious and had very nice amenities. Would for sure stay here again. The breakfast was top tier.

Nice rooms with good-sized bathrooms and quality soap and shampoo. The small fridge in the room was very useful. Large, comfortable bed with several types of pillows - some soft, some firm, to meet different preferences.

This is my 2nd stay. I want to thank Graciela and Diana, receptionists, good job. Housekeeper, Guadalupe, ok job. Room #203 needs attn from maintenance dept: bathroom faucet leaks a lot; kitchenette could use some more thorough cleaning. Bathroom and bedroom linens are quite old and shabby. It would be nice to have true white bedbathroom linens, rather than gray. The location is excellent, I will go back when I need to.

The location is great because its more of the locals living in the area, but 5 or 10 minutes to Condesa, Roma, etc.

The price and the rooms were lovely! This motel is better than “El Aphrodita”. They have good hot water, they clean thoroughly, and honestly the hotel was tranquil. They use the classic Mexican blankets on the beds; that was such a sweet little detail.

The hotel is so nice inside and the bedrooms are very comfortable and clean. The photos are accurate with reality. The location is amazing if you are going to a concert at Pepsi center.

The bed was comfortable though I couldn't sleep in it after the front desk employee entered my room to spy on me
