I really liked the location and the staff. The receptionists were super kind, friendly, and helpful. The bathroom was totally fine – good water pressure and nothing to complain about. I spent most of my time outside, so it worked out perfectly

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Hairol, one of the hotel staff. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable from the start. The room was very clean and cozy, and I especially loved the toilet – super clean and very comfortable. The water pressure was strong, and the rain shower was really nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, which felt too short. We will definitely come back again next time. We ordered food via Foodpanda, and Mr. Hairol personally delivered the food to our room, which was such a thoughtful service. He also recommended some great breakfast places in Melaka. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Due to less guests for breakfast since it was a weekday, they service ala-carte instead buffet breakfast, however ala-carte was still good.
