The staff are amazing, providing hot water bottles to your door at night, and even a boxed breakfast if leaving early! The rooms are comfortable and the shower is so so good, particularly after a 4 day trek!

In a quiet location,yet close to everything (ATM, shopping ).Spacious room with window, clean bathroom with hot water, comfy beds.The breakfast was delicious.Hospitality at high level!!

The location, its was a 5 mins walk to plaza de armas eith resto, shops along the way. My room was unique and clean.

Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.

Very comfortable room and very affordable, the staff receptionist Sherly and the guy in the door was very friendly and attentive since first day we got there.

Very nice and helpful staff. They were the best! We arrived late at night after a tour and they gave us fruit to feed the kids. Free Hot coca tea available at all times helped with altitude sickness. Great location a couple of blocks from the main square, restaurants and shops. Pharmacies and laundry close by.

The place was incredible, right by the main plaza and it was impeccably clean! They upgraded our room for free and gave us a room with a beautiful view! The staff was extremely kind. We went on tours every day and they prepared lunch boxes for us every morning along with water bottles. When we checked out, they even gave us a small gift! One of the best places to stay in Cusco! I highly recommend it!

The staff is so friendly, very helpful, and location is great. There is a heater in the room, great way of communication, so if you want anything you can just simply whatsapp them. Hot water takes a minutes to release, if not just call them to fix it. Dont forget if you are leaving early just order your breakfast to be packed a night before. I am totally satisfied and happy with my stay
