Cozy room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, great location, kind staff. I had a pleasant time.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful! Isabel Went out of her way to help me get copies for a work event, and she shared information about local events that week. Antony was also very helpful. If you stay here, ask him about his art or Peruvian history. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The water in the shower gets hot. The San Blas open market is 2 minutes away.

In a quiet location,yet close to everything (ATM, shopping ).Spacious room with window, clean bathroom with hot water, comfy beds.The breakfast was delicious.Hospitality at high level!!

The staff are amazing, providing hot water bottles to your door at night, and even a boxed breakfast if leaving early! The rooms are comfortable and the shower is so so good, particularly after a 4 day trek!

Staff was very attentive, everything was very clean. The location of the hotel requires you to walk with suitcases since a taxi cannot fit into the street given that it’s too small. It was not a deal breaker for us since we only had carry ons but older couples with larger suitcases be mindful of this. Also, let the taxi driver know to drop you off the closest possible, we were dropped off much further down. Overall amazing, the best part was the hotel view of course!

The roof terrace has a beautiful view of the city day and night and comfortably set up to relax. The bed is very comfortable and warm.

Great stay!! Nohely and Yjeguel are amazing hosts. Their hospitality made us feel really comfortable and offered us any possible help with tours and info to get around Cuzco. Yjeguel was our tour guide in an alternative route to Machu Picchu and it was a great experience/trekking when the train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu) was shut down. The hotel is located in a great spot, right next to the beautiful San Blas church, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and has all the amenities needed to enjoy Cuzco. Definitely stay with them was an amazing experience, and the coca tea was essential to get used to the altitude, especially for my sister ;)

The friendly staff, the beautiful view, the extra blankets for the chilly nights, the kitchenette, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom.

Location and staff. Nice and cosy hostel .Staffs are very helpful,location near to city square in walkable distance , superb clean comfortable bed.they will provide unlimited coca leaves tea.Breakfast can be take way because most of the Cusco tour will start very early.sure I will come back to this hostel in my next trip.

The location, the size of the room and the staff. I would like to highlight ruby whonwas extremely helpful and patient and even allowed me a delayed check out. Highly recommended.

It’s very comfy, the staff is very kind, the room is big, you can ask for a heater and everything is going to be perfect. They have a buffet for breakfast and the food is really good.

The room was very pretty and clean. The staff was super helpful and courteous.

Everything was great, the staff made our time there really special and they help us with everything. When we had to leave early for tours they always prepared us a bag with breakfast. One day we even woke up late and they serve us the breakfast just for us. Location is perfect and everything was clean.

Good location, close to the main attractions and squares (Plaza de Armas). Staff are friendly and nice (especially Jessi and Milagros)
