Very clean and comfortable room

Hassan is amazing, made my stay super comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is immaculate with a touch of folk art, the breakfast was really good as well. The staff is very well attentive and sweet. Safe and comfortable for a solo female traveler!

The location was ideal.It was on gulberg road and within 2 mins walk there were restaurants and most importantly coffee shops

I stayed here for 5 nights In Feb 2026. I found the hotel staff very professional and courteous., The management was exceptional and helped my needs as I have a disability. They gave me a ground floor room as I can't go up stairs and carried all my luggage to my room. Every day me and my family did shopping and they carried every shopping bag from my car to my room including my daughter. The rooms were very clean and had all the services I needed as a disabled person. The room was very big and felt like an apartment. But I would like to thank the managers who gave me a room best suitable for my needs and it was such a beautiful and quiet area where it was located with all the tourism and shopping sites near by. Thank You Premiere Inn Mall and I will always stay with you when I visit Lahore. Also the breakfast was excellent keep it up..

Location is excellent, house keeping staff is very helping and admn/reception staff exclusively supportive and use to provide guidance for traveling or visit places in the city.

The breakfast and the service of this hotel was amazing. We had 2 queen size beds in our room and they were pretty big. The washroom were clean.
