Perfect Location, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotels restaurant Zafishowani has excellent food and staff. We had a wonderful stay and I recommend it highly.

(10/10) Immaculately clean hotel in a prime central location. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made for a perfect night’s sleep. Apartment is everything you need in Gdansk and more. Centrally located, clean and nicely equipped. Hosts are ideal - not on site but there the minute you need them. Just like other Polish people we met - extremely nice and polite. Will visit again!

Location is perfect, in the center of the Old Town. Very good breakfast. The room was not very big but was comfortable with additional sofa and place to sit. Bathroom size very much ok. Staff was very polite with exception of one person, I think he needs to repeat the customer service training. The hotel has very pleasant lobby, with a lot of places to sit and have coffee drink. It is also, very nicely decorated since the building used to be a cinema. Overall impression, our stay at this hotel was very satisfactory, and I would definitely stay again..

The hotel is the place to stay in Gdansk, Poland. I would love to be back with my family sometime soon. However, I have this little creepy experience in the hotel bath mirrors.. but it's maybe crazy imagination.. 😉😜

comfort of room, and nice personnel

Hotel is in the best location possible to explore the Old Town. It is right on the pedestrianised street & two minutes walk from the canal so there are loads of bars & restaurants around. The hotel was lovely inside & our room with twin beds as requested was lovely & also large. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice & you could also order from the breakfast menu.

Clean, good breakfast, great location, bathtube -- great value for the money. And they've fixed the entrance so now it's comfortable to go in with heavy luggage. Only best recommendations for the hotel.
