Nice hotel, the room is not big but has everything necessary. The beds are comfy, and there were nice welcome extras like a bottle of water and some tea. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. It was very kind to let us check-in earlier. Also, luggage storage is available, which was also very convenient, since our flight was late in the afternoon. The location is perfect, walking distance from the main train station and city sights.

We liked the general aestethic of the hotel. Its clean, pretty and brings you closer to a home than a minimalist hotel. Right off the bat, Justyna from the reception started us off with a smooth check in process and a warm welcome (she is great). We arrived in the room, it was clean, included waters - and generally is in a perfect place in Krakow. The value of this hotel exceeds beyond all expectations for price. Big room with a bathtub, great internet connection

The locations was perfect, close to the city center, pretty much close to everything. The staff was great, they tried to help me with everything.

Great location. The staff were very professional. The breakfast catered to diverse tastes. The room was extremely comfortable. Attention to detail throughout our stay, from the kind personal note in the room, to the fresh pastry awaiting us...can't say enough positive things about our stay. We will unconditionally return to this hotel on our next stay in Krakow.

room was small but work for a simple place to relax and sleep while I explored Krakow. Breakfast had lots of wonderful food. Staff couldn't have been more friendly.
