I really liked the hotel staff, friendly and professional. Always smiling and helpful. The room was always clean and tidy. Hotel's location is perfect in the heart of the Old Town. My family and I were here for 2 weeks. Only positive impressions. The breakfast is very tasty.

It is worth visiting the castle.

It is worth visiting the castle. Although the castle was reconstructed it looks brilliant. You should try to be among the first visitors in the morning. You will have good time to take picturee before the castle becomes crowded later. Remember to visit the gardens. They are stunningly beautiful. They are behind the castle. You need to exit from the castle and walk back to the entrance place from where you go down the slope.

You couldn't possibly ask for a better location. The window in my room looked out directly on the castle square, with views of the Royal Castle, Sigismund's Column, and the Vistula River in the distance. I was only in Warsaw for a quick one-night stopover, and this location was perfectly placed for exploring the old town, Krakowskie Przedmieście, and Nowy Świat.
