I really liked the hotel staff, friendly and professional. Always smiling and helpful. The room was always clean and tidy. Hotel's location is perfect in the heart of the Old Town. My family and I were here for 2 weeks. Only positive impressions. The breakfast is very tasty.

Staff was excellent. Room was cleaned twice daily. Location perfect. The food and restaurant was extremely excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh options. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, excellent location. We were there for guns n roses concert at the pge, 30 min walk. Was welcomed with complementary fruit bowl and water. Everything we needed was there, iron , hairdryer and bath robes. I would definitely stay there again

Apartment offered everything that you need for your stay. Very modern and cozy. Amazing location. Friendly staff. You can even cook in these apartments. Thank you for this great opportunity.

Close to the historical center, great breakfast, nice coffeeshop inside, very spacious and nice room with very good conditions.

Nothing pretty much to advocate, it's Sofitel and they proved it. Room is super stylish and quite big, had a nice view to the city from the 6th floor. Details everywhere are spoiled. They have convenient and secured parking for an extra fee. Also they have a nice SPA center with huge pool and super comfy sunbeds. Just needs more control of the noise of other guests. Would definitely stay here again.

WOW! Pure PERFECTION Decoration, location, facilities, Spa, comfort, Staff.. This is our 7th time in Warsaw, first time in this Hotel, we will be back for sure!

It's a fantastic hotel all around, but the the team makes it really something special. We've been three times, and felt well taken care every time and will definitely be back. Also, the breakfast is nothing short of amazing. Major bonus point is the play corner for kids.

We came for one night and were happy with our choice. Everything was okey.
