The staff were superb, right from the start, check in, bar , restaurant, everyone was really nice and great at their jobs. The breakfast was superb. The location was great, with walkable access to many viewing points and landmark buildings as well as the heart of the city.

We stayed overnight on our way home from Portugal to the US. The staff were amazingly helpful with my rental car return instructions and arranging transportation and breakfast for us the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is very well designed with excellent staffs. Amanda, Laiza, & Weslley went all the way to help me to go to famous sightseeing in Lisbon. Breakfast is very satisfied compared to outside. Room so pleasant with orange tones as themes.

Beautiful room with balcony- we enjoyed playing cards out here several times during our 5 night stay. Large bathroom and long bath, plenty of hot water. Powerful bathroom hairdryer. Friendly staff. The Argentine receptionist was probably the friendliest and most helpful person we have ever been greeted by in a hotel. (We have stayed in around 300 hotels since we met 33 years ago) Drinks and pastries available in reception all day every day. Comfortable bed. Clean room. It smelt so fresh when we first arrived. Excellent breakfast: we loved the little bottles of juice and the yogurt was delicious. We ate far too many pastries, pancakes and pastei de natas though. Good location. A 30 minute down hill walk to Rossio Square but 3 minutes to the metro station. The staff will help with any transport questions.
