A lovely hotel in every way. The staff are amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms and facilities are luxurious and modern. The property is excellently located. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to be able to come back to Lisbon and stay here again sometime. Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this newly opened boutique hotel in Lisbon during a short transit stop, and it did not disappoint. The hotel is charming and beautifully designed, with brand-new amenities that add to its appeal. The staff was truly phenomenal—from check-in to the breakfast team, everyone was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their work and the hotel. They even went the extra mile to help us organize a tuk-tuk tour of the city in French, with pickup arranged directly at the hotel, which made our stay even more memorable. There is still some construction happening on the street outside, so you may arrive to see a work site in front of the building, but once you step into the lobby, it’s forgotten and the experience is nothing short of delightful. Overall, the hotel is amazing, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Every other day they would leave us some treats in the room, like custard pies or macarons. It was very kind and thoughtful.

Breakfast was SO complete and yummy! It was prefect right before my flight. The location couldn't have been more perfect either! It was just a few steps from multiple options of restaurants, bars, and even a tram station.

This was an awesome place to stay. Breakfast was amazing, especially the berry juice. The location was right in the middle of plenty of things to do, all within walking distance.

The hotel is a beautiful historical building located in the heart of the city, with stunning views over the Tejo River. Our suite was very comfy and the staff was very nice. We liked all the small attentions that made our feel welcome. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the small pool area.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, cappuccino, and complimentary wine. All of the concierge staff was helpful in giving recommendations as well as making reservations. In particular, they made reservations for our group of five at A Severa where we had a memorable night of authentic Fado music 🎶 🎵 coupled with a delicious dinner. While I was pleased with all of your staff, I only remember two names, Ellis (with the small that says, "We're glad you're here.") and Jorge (with the engaging personality and multilingual gift).The young lady that checked me in was outstanding, sorry I don't recall her name. Your attention to detail was appreciated in the well-appointed decor in the room.

Location was great,staff was friendly and helpful,everybody in hotel was awesome,they have free minibar ,free ice cream ,free fruits ,free wins and free lot of things, their hospitality was unique Definitely i will come back again

Everything! Dinner at Rocco’s was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Gastro Bar was the most wonderful bar/experience I have ever been too. Concierge staff were so helpful and the guys helping at the front entrance were awesome. The designer who designed this place requires an award. Safari, jungle, whimsical, vintage all tied up in a pretty bow 🎀.
