- location is good, near everything - has elevator (even3 of them!) - good breakfast - I didn’t have problem of the sounds - room is clean, room service provided everyday

This beautifully designed hotel is located perfectly on Liberdafe Avdnue. The staff is so kind and helpful, we really felt at home. Although there was a technical issue with our reservation, it was handled and solved very professionally and courteously. Breakfast is excellent! Big variaty of food, buffet and al carte. The food at the restaurant is excellent as well. The room was big and comfortable. We will definitely come back!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated close to everything. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, tourist attractions, and the metro station, and it’s only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean throughout my 3-day stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable with space to organize all your clothes. The bathroom was equally impressive—modern, spacious, and stocked with everything I needed, including a hairdryer, which was a nice touch. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff for making this an unforgettable experience!

It was very special hotel, very clean and esthetic with everything you need. Staff was very helpful also. You feel like you are at home. Location is great - close to everything by walking distance

There was a separate place at the lobby to unwind, with 24-hour free coffee, tea and water. A lot of sitting place where groups can bond for a nightcap. Breakfast spread was good too.

Fresh, clean and great location just a short walk from Av. da Liberdade and Bairro Alto.

Beautiful classic building, super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location facing Alegria square with a cafe and garden and trees very close by to tourist sites.

The attention and service were excellent, I went on my honeymoon and for two days they left us some notes and gifts in our room to celebrate us. It was a great detail that made us feel special.

The services and facilities. Location is nice. We could walk for almost all main attractions in Lisbon. There is a parking lot inside the hotel and this was very convenient for us.
