This was the best hotel we stayed in Europe and roughly had a 250 euro daily limit

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always there, 24/7, to deal with any of our needs. The room was always clean, everyday, the breakfast was great. Location was perfect, easy to get to. Not really too much walking. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. I would use it again in the future if I visit Lisbon again.

Staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms were even better than expected. Loved the gift of a bottle of wine, water and pastel de nata in our rooms. What a wonderful touch. The restaurant too was great!

The location is great! In the center of Lisbon, 2 minutes from ZARA ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were with a 6 month old baby and our flight was at night and they let us a late Check out with no extra charge. The room was clean, a bit small but that was fine for us. The hotel have a nice patio and the restaurant was great!

The hotel is exceptional — everything feels so clean, new, and beautifully designed. I really love the decoration and the overall ambiance. It’s also perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon, making it easy to explore most of the city’s main attractions on foot. The surrounding area is very friendly, with plenty of local shops and supermarkets, which makes it especially convenient for tourists.

The cleanliness of the whole hotel was a ten , the staff was amazing and so helpful. Everyone was very nice. The free breakfast was delicious. I am recommending you to a travel agent friend . Location was on spot.

Excellent location, very nice staff and lovely room. The breakfast was great, and there was coffee and tea with pastries all day, as well as champagne to enjoy in the patio before going out for dinner. Because of the central location it was very easy to explore the city.

Located in the old town, the hotel has a charming ambiance; Driving through the narrow streets was a little adventure but the parking was well organized. Staff were helpful, breakfest OK and the view from hotel room was just awesome.
