My rating to my stay is 10/10 Nice varieties of choices for breakfast But what got me to give 10 rating is the proficional attitude from front desk Zainab, she is welcoming, excellent in handling guests and it’s all with big smile…..really well done 👍🏻

Location close the my places of meetings. Staff friendly , ready to serve & care. Room clean and comfortable with all expected amenities. My car broke down, minutes maintenance engineer sorted it out and I was bale to reach my meeting place on time. I had stayed at his facility few times before. This time stay was amazing. Most probably staff has gone through extra trainings.

This place is located very close to Al-Rashid Mall and is surrounded by many services, making everything easy and convenient. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was truly relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The receptionist, Mr. Mohammed, and the customer service representative, Mr. Ali, were especially kind, professional, and always ready to help. In fact, the entire team made me feel at home. The furniture is of high quality, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a pleasant stay.
