The location was great and the facility was perfect. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We even went to the bar downstairs for happy hour and had a nice time and nice ambiance.

Exceptional little hotel that has everything that you could want. Only a bit hard to find for Bolt and taxi drivers but super close when using BTS - 5 min to station.

The hotel was incredibly clean and well kept. The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful. The location was great (less than 10 mins to BTS, 7-11 downstairs, food options nearby) and the rooms were really comfortable. I ended up upgrading from dorm to private room for my final 2 nights directly w/ the hotel and that process was seamless. The free breakfast each morning was straight from their menu, and the coffee was strong! I was working remotely during my stay and many people were doing the same so it was a great spot, I would gladly stay here again

It was pretty big and clean. Staffs are very welcoming.

I got an upgrade room at the 28 floor, nice city view, clean and large duplex room, comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom.

The 2 bedrooms are great, very clean, spacious, terrace is great, ac were new and silent, kitchen furnished of everything you need. Staff as usual is super nice

Location. Right beside BTS Phra Kanong. The studio/loft room is spacious enough for 1 to 2 person short stay. Bed is so comfortable to sleep in. Toilets and all areas are clean and spotless. Real value for money.

S44 Rooms is just a 5-minute walk from both Phra Khanong and Ekkamai BTS Stations. I chose to stay at this hotel because it’s budget-friendly, yet the service is outstanding. The owners are very accommodating, kind-hearted, and considerate. What I appreciate most about this hotel is its cleanliness and the comfort it provides. I highly recommend S44 Rooms!

Excellent price for value. Location close to BTS Pra Kanong cannot be better. Downstairs is a Mexican restaurant with fair prices.

Room is really nice. It was clean with a nice view. Our room was on 21st floor. Breakfast is really amazing, I love it. A lot of different food choices, fresh, and quality items.
