Very clean loved it very recommended

The staff is awesome, very proactive, especially Siriporn, the receptionist. She saw me with swollen ankles once day, trying to find a taxi, and she helped me find a taxi, bargained with driver, and told him where to go. This is what I call going above and beyond to help a guest. One does not need to cross the road to Emporium's Starbucks for coffee, the hotel's bar/coffee place has excellent coffee and pastries. The rooms are super clean, the housekeeper too is always smiling. I cannot asked for more.

O'Sheas is a fantastic place to stay. The room is very comfortable and reasonably priced. The restaurant on the ground floor has fantastic food, including a spice bag and a Sunday roast, all at reasonable prices. I highly recommend O'Sheas as a place to stay and eat during your stay in BKK.

Location is spot on around everything

Convenient location, the room was big with balcony and the bathroom was spacious as well. Amazing staff, very helpful and polite. Easily one of my fave go-to hotels in the area since I love staying near Phrom Phong. Looking forward to the next stay!

Amazing!! Close to everything, literally all you could ask for on your doorstep. Food, shopping, taxi, 7/11 under your accommodation.

-The washing machine in my suite was high quality (Electrolux), and the reception provided me with a drying rack upon request. -The pool was nice -Location was surprisingly quiet

The location of this hotel is only 5 min walk to BTS station. Only few steps to 7_11 and also Emporium mall.The outside got renovated ,inside is bit older but very clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great with warm meal. Staff are very helpful and respectful.

The property is in an AMAZING location, close to so many shops, restaurants and transportation.

Excellent value for money; fantastic location and friendly and helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I have already re- booked this hotel for my next visit.

From the beginning I was welcomed by Nice and his colleagues. I've visited many hotels for the past two decades but the hospitality from LiveZen is from another level. It's like being welcomed by good friends starting with the guard at the front gate. The room was perfect with a spacious balcony. The bed was comfortable with great pillows. BTS and shops are just a few minutes walk. A few doors further away there are some restaurants with an Anthony Bourdain vibe.

The junior suite was spotless, very spacious, and had everything you could need for a short or longer term visit whether on holiday or business. The quiet location is only a short walk off Sukhumvit but a world away from the noise, and 24 hour free transportation to the BTS was offered whenever we left the hotel. Most exceptional was the staff. Everyone from front desk to senior management was incredibly helpful. We had some special requests that they assisted with and they could not have been kinder.
