The room was extremely good. The staff were very kind and helpful. They even offered an free upgrade of room and included breakfast for my entire stay. Good Spot, very peaceful.

The front desk staff, including Tiger and the lady who assisted us during check-in, were friendly and courteous, making us feel welcome from the start. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was convenient—within walking distance to the BTS station and about a 40-45 minute drive to Suvarnabhumi Airport via the expressway with Grab. There are also several nice coffee shops and cafés nearby, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

Size of the two-bedrooms apartment was great and the view amazing.

Location of property is amazing. Staff were very friendly and humble. Cleanliness is superb and ambience was too good. We love every thing about this hotel.

New hotel, very clean, good view over the city, aircon cools fast and is silent, fast and stable internet, staff tries hard to help.

Location is good if you want to stay in a local area. Not touristy but quite far.

I like the spaciousness of the room, the walk-in closet within the toilet, the availability of plates and cutlery, the close proximity to a nearby centre with a supermarket and eateries just within a 3 mins walk from the hotel, the good WIFI connection, well-equipped and well-maintained gym with 24/7 access, the availability of the laundry area to do laundry during my stay and the very helpful and polite porter and receptionist. This has been my choice hotel each time I come visit for business.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is nice and clean too. There is washing machine in our room is a bonus points. We will definitely go back to this residence when we come to bkk next time.

Loved my stay here! The staff was super accommodating and the room was way nicer than I expected! Lovely balcony and rooftop with washer. Kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, will definitely come back!!

It is my first time in Bangkok and grand Howard Hotel gave me a relaxing stay. I love their pool, breakfast foods were very awesome. In front of the hotel is a 7/11 - it adds to my happiness.

We had to suddenly find the safe place to stay when earthquake in Bangkok happened. We found this hotel which was near our condominium. The room was cleaned every day, it was fresh, no bad smell or anything. It is located near very cozy street where you can find good places to eat/massage/drink etc. The stuff is very polite and careful. For the price of 35$ it was great.

24/7 reception desk was very helpful and the easiness with which they changed my room when I requested it because of the drainage smell. I like the place in general. The room was a bit odd with another room sized space above with curtains that you couldn’t open. Looked like they united two levels in one and left the opening on top.

It's my second time staying, and I always like how they clean the rooms everyday, add bottles of water, and clean towels in my room. Staff is very accommodating as well.
