The hotel was built in the early 20th century and the architecture shows it. The rooms are large and the furtniture reminds of old times, but it was great. We loved the hotel

This hotel honestly has everything you need. The room was spacious, with a proper area to keep big luggage, a comfortable sofa, and even a dedicated dressing table with a chair, which my wife really appreciated. The washroom was excellent, and the shower pressure was amazing .. the kind you actually enjoy standing under. The elevator was super fast, the internet worked perfectly, and one thing I really loved was the weighing scale at the reception. It was very helpful when we were leaving for the airport to check our luggage weight. Also, when we arrived, they sent complimentary welcome fruits to our room, which was a very thoughtful touch. The location was great too.. there was a 7-Eleven right across the road, which made everything super convenient. Overall, I don’t know what more a property could offer. It was a great stay.

The place is perfect for someone who would like a nice sleep after busy days. Good hot water shower and air conditioning in the room and hotel.facilities. The room and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Good internet. Breakfast is awesome with a wide variety of options. The staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. Buses stops are close. Staff ready to get you a taxi if needed. Storing the luggage for us was really kind and helpful. We tried the fitness room, swimming pool, sauna and it was ok. We also had a nice massage in the health center at a good price. Having a laundry room that we could use (paid) was a plus.

My experience in Best Western Chatuchak was amazing. The thing that I loved most while staying here, was the behavior of all the employees. They were always willing to help and had a smile on their face. The room that was given to us at first did not have a good view. But when I asked them to give another room, they sincerely gave us another room with a better view. I needed a help to book a hop on/ hop off bus tour, both the employees at reception earnestly helped me book the tour. The check-in and check-out service was very quick. The breakfast of the hotel was amazing. I stayed here for 10 days, and the items were yummy and not repetitive. The whole interior and vibe of the hotel was very aesthetic. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch.

Very lovely design and Great smell, very clean hotel and stuff bathroom and shower room is hygienic. Bed, pillows, blanket was clean and so comfy.

Some reviews show low rate but what do you expect for this price. I think it was decent for the price. One problem was that they don't have anybody at entrance so need to call to the number on the door. I bought a sim beforehand but if you don't have local sim or other internet connections, you will have hard time to communicate with the owner. A girl who take care of the building is there but don't speak English and have no idea about reservations.
