FANTASTIC!🤩 the best hotel we’ve found in Bangkok! The staff are all so lovely and very welcoming, we were made to feel absolutely at home from the very first foot in the door🤗 We drove for nearly 4hours to reach the hotel and were nearly 2hours early for check in, we were more than happy to leave our bags and find some lunch until the correct time, but the team immediately worked to find us an available room for early check in which was very, very appreciated after such a long drive. I didn’t realize I had booked (in a last minute rush) a 2single bed room, but once again the team sprung into action and without me asking they immediately offered to change the room so me and my wife could have one big bed, again this is very much appreciated and it’s little things like this that go a very long way to making you feel so welcome. We requested to possibly have a 1hour later check out time as we had an appointment with an embassy and they were more than happy to help accommodate🤗 We also telephoned and requested an off-road parking space which once again they were more than happy to accommodate. The hotel is in a great location, is spotlessly clean, and lovely and cool with a fresh perfumed lobby upon entry. They have a great swimming pool and a good restaurant with lots of menu options. The rooms are lovely and a very good size with everything you need. A very powerful and hot shower with a large rain head, organic body soap and shampoo, hair dryer for the wife, spotlessly clean, very comfortable soft and squishy bed and pillows (a must for me with a bad back and shoulders) and most importantly very quiet. We were over looking the pool (opposite the main road) and didn’t hear a single noise and nothing from other guests all day and all night…top quality sound proofing🤩 very hard to find in most Bangkok hotels. FYI, our room was much tidier than the photos show before we got into it lol.

The property is in a great position, very handy to the metro and great for taxi pickup. The hotel manager Martin Hurley is very attentive and has excellent customer service skills. We needed some advice and he literally went above and beyond to the help us. We booked the hotel again at the end of the holiday as we loved it so much. The room sizes are very generous and had excellent decor.

Wonderful staff and good breakfast. Beds are very comfortable! Hotel shuttle is convenient to get to the MRT and Airport Rail Link

Always a good experience with prom ratchadah hotel , when I was here in Bangkok only one choice staying just prom ratchadah,, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful specially security staff bell staff and breakfast staff ❤️

The hotel is located very conveniently at the end of Sukhumvit 11 and has access to the river and also the main road. The rooms were great and the staff was very friendly at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient, there’s a 7-11 next door which helps a lot if you want to eat something during the night or even breakfast. The metro is very close, the facilities are great, the rooms are spacious and clean.

The room is very clean. And the people is very polite and friendly. But the smoking part of the place is bad because the scent around the place.

i have stayed for five days at one bedroom suit.i have enjoyed my stay with my family.all staffs at the gate are really helpful makes my family feels at home.i recommend every one to book the hotel during stay at bangkok.thankyou somerset rama 9.

The place is very beautiful and also has a great location. You can easily find the train stations and go everywhere in the city. The staff working there are amazing. The two girls are very accommodating and very very very respectful. My fiance and I love this staff and the place and we honestly recommended 10 out of 10..

Everything was perfect about this hotel. To start with, it is only a ten-minute walk from the nearest MRT/subway station on the blue line, which in turn is only a stop away from the subway stop/train station that links the city with the international airport. The room was perfect in terms of both size and layout and had a nice view of the surrounding area. I asked the staff if I could get a room on that side of the building because of the nice view and they kindly obliged. Speaking of which, the receptionists, the manager, the cleaners and the rest of the staff were all extremely considerate, kind and efficient and helped make my stay in Bangkok even more pleasant. Last but not least, its room rates are definitely cheap.

The location is probably the best trait of FX Hotel Metrolink Makkasan. It's next door to the metro and the airport railway link, giving immediate connection to many points of interest in the city. Moreover, despite being next to a very busy road, the hotel is located in a secondary road that is very quite. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I had a flight very early next morning, and they prepared a breakfast box for me at 5 AM. The rooms and beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is clean and very functional.

Location is very convenient. Close to MRT Petchaburi and Airport Rail Link Makkasan. But if traffic on road can be horrible during peak time. There is 7-11 just next to hotel lift and if you have a car, there are sufficient parking lot. Staff and the owner Khun Khim are very kind and helpful. This is a newly opened hotel. Everything is new and clean. Inside the room there is an air purifier and also 2 bottles of water provided every day.
