Exceptionally clean! I’ve never seen a hotel room that was that impeccable before. The maintenance staff are superb. The front office staff and resto staff are exceptionally friendly, kind and professional. To the point that the bows felt like a bit too much, Im not royalty you know but it felt that way sometimes. The room is MASSIVE. It felt like way too much space for me. But then I grew to love it, the natural light, the views, the soundproofing, the complimentary water, the fresh towels every single day. I took full advantage and had my sheets changed every other day. They are high quality cotton and felt very nice to the touch. Same with the pillows. Everything was high quality from beginning to end. This hotel is very well managed and maintained. The staff are on point and it felt like some of the 5 star stays I’ve enjoyed while travelling in SE Asia. I cooked every day while I was there. It well enough stoked with new pans and pots. The fridge is spotless, the cooktop was great too. There are vendors right around the corner with some goodies if one was adventurous enough to try. I WISH I had more time. Unfortunately, I had to cut my time short but they were so gracious about it and were on top of adjusting my bill despite the policy from the booking.com app

Had a great stay here, we booked one night prior to doing the Mae Hong Son loop by bike, and left our bags here. When we returned we stayed another night. Awesome staff, helped to bandage up my mates foot and were all in all very helpful and provided additional services such as late check out. Felt like coming home when we returned!

They clean everyday, my room was big and with good illumination, there was no noise from the street, the staff was polite

It was excellent. They always had something new for breakfast unlike any other hotel and the food was super yummy!

The entire brutalist style building with the fish pond, diagonal un-practical but yet so satisfying to very time you pass it.. to the lobby-coffee area which is more like a museum, rather than anything else I have seen before. And also they were amazingly friendly with any weird request such where to put my bicycle, lost key etc. Kind people, kind heart. ❤️

Very helpful and polite staffs

There's a daily supply of soft flour cake, coffee and water. There's a microwave in our room. There's 7/11 just across the place and a self service laundry. There's also places to eat nearby.

I appreciate the staff who were helpful. Enjoyed stay at POR Santitham, breakfast was good, support their idea on operations of sustainable reusable water bottle. Free self-service laundry was very helpful.

It's really cozy and quiet although it's located in a viable street. The admin was handling everything perfectly and the people there all spoke english
