When arriving I didn’t have high expectation but the staff members were soo nice and so was the hotel. Coming to Istanbul for the first time I will defiantly come back and stay here. Location was perfect not too far from blue mosque.

Everything the food and the staff was excellent

We had the most delightful and comfortable stay ever, since we arrived to the hotel, Mr. Bilal was so helpful and too much cooperative, he showed us many room options and even upgraded our room without any extra fees. Our room was so comfortable and clean Hotel location is great, even they provide transportation to the metro station free of charge. We had so relaxing time in the spa, it was so private and quite. Many thanks to the great professional stuff specially Mehmet for extending our stay and making everything easy for us. And thanks again to Mr. Bilal for arranging our transportation to the airport in our last day. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay, it was our first time but for sure it will not be the last😍

Everything was wonderful. Food was great and delicious. Staff helped us with all our requests. Dilara even helped us find the evening music on youtube that played at the restaurant.

The location is quiet, and the staff at the reception are very polite and professional. It’s close to most areas by car, unless you run into traffic! Parking is easily available.

The rooms are clean, large, and people are friendly.

And reception there is some guy his name is Mr. Fatih He was very great with his service I like this hotel because of his offers and his treatment of me Thank you very much Mr Fatih And I am I am very much looking forward to returning to your wonderful hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Mövenpick Hotel! The room was comfortable, and the service was top-notch. A special thank you to the restaurant staff, particularly Ms. Aisha and her team, for their exceptional hospitality and delicious meals, which truly made the experience unforgettable. I liked everything about the stay the breakfast was good and the rooms were super clean. The staff also were amazing, kind and hospitable. The receptionist Mr.Omar was super kind and helpful, he helped us all the way through till we checked out and even after. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff and exceptional facilities. Breakfast was fantastic, great way how to start the day. We stayed for a week and the breakfast always had some new items every morning to try. Room was very clean and cleaned daily with complimentary waters which were handy when going to explore the city. Very quiet neighborhood compared to the hotels located in the center of the city.

The location is near the transportatation, the room is amazing, the staff is very friendly specially the receptionist Sinan, the breakfast is also very good with comparable good price.

I stayed at Park Caglayan Hotel for 7 days and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and always eager to assist, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying. I appreciate their effort to help in every possible way. I’m looking forward to visiting again, this time with my family. Pros: 1. Convenient location with bus and metro stations nearby. 2. Plenty of shops around the hotel. 3. Clean and well-maintained rooms. 4. Responsive staff, always ready to assist. 5. Excellent breakfast. Cons: 1. Initially faced minor communication gaps due to language barriers, but the staff managed to overcome them effectively.

My friends and I stayed at the Family Time Suite Hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay due to the good price, excellent service, and cleanliness. Additionally, the blanket and bedsheets had a pleasant scent.
