Excellent location, nice staff, rooms are clean, breakfast was nice, my stay was really special, but I need to say one more thing that about this hotel diamonds so Mr Onur and Mr Salih. They are making this hotel really highest category. So helpfully and knowlable. Onur provided our organisation's and restaurant also Salih give us all directions in Istanbul. They made easier our stay definetly. We will come back sure this hotel one more time. A bell boy who is young has given me his Istanbul card if I am not remembering his name wrong he was Mr Enes. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING GUYS!

The location is walking distance to blue mosque, hagia sopia, tokapi palace and grand bazaar Near the tram. Abdul dan Rasim and all staff are very helpfull. Near to restaurants.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional team - Mr. Mohammed, Mr. Ibrahim. Every staff member was incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help with even the smallest details. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. A special mention for how efficiently they arranged my airport pickup and transportation — everything was seamless and stress-free. The housekeeping team also did an outstanding job; the rooms were always spotless, fresh, and very well maintained.👏

Excellent location and value for money. The proximity to all of the most notable tourist attractions was fabulous. However, the best aspect of our stay was the staff. Melike gave absolutely the best recommendations for sightseeing, rug shopping, restaurants, and even helped us out super quickly when our transportation fell through at the last minute to return to the airport. Engin was such a welcoming presence when we arrived, and really wanted to be sure that we had everything that we needed for our brief stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend Emerald Mansion Hotel, and will definitely return if fortune smiles on me enough to bring me back to Istanbul ☺️
