Great location, sound proof and very polite staff!

Accommodating reception and staff. The hotel is located on the main street, so I was worried about the noise level, but it was not a problem. The breakfast was decent. Many savory items, but could have more sweet items.

Me and my wife stayed 5 nights and were very happy with the hotel. Very clean, modern, helpful staff. Location eas also great. We like walking, almost walked everywhere, Istiklal, Taksim, Dolmabahce, Nishantashi, Ortakoy all of them are in walking distance. There a lot of cafe and restaurants nearby where young people hang out.

Amazing hotel right by the Bosphorus. The rooms are big, very clean, everything is new and well mantained. The bed is very comfortable. You have curtains that can make room totally dark – best hotel feature. Breakfast was okay, nothing crazy exceptional, but good variety. The hotel is not very central to all tourist attractions in case this matters to you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in and out, especially Sultan who was amazing and spoke Arabic fluently.

A great place to stay in Beşiktaş, very near to the Beşiktaş ferry, from where you can go to the Asian side of Istanbul. You can walk to the Büyük Mecidiye Mosque, and the Dolmabahçe Palace is also within walking distance. A great collection of restaurants is downstairs. The staff was very kind and they placed our luggage till the night as our flight home was late at night. Love from Pakistan!

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. Special thanks to the morning reception staff — they were extremely kind, professional, and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

i went there once 2,3 years ago , and still all of them are like new , and the management team are amazing and friendly and supportive , and the have the best location, the bus is in front of the hotels door , and you can enjoy besiktas meydan every single night by walking from the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, city center, with lots of cafe, bar and restaurants. The neighborhood has a vibrant vibe with many shops. The hotel itself is sparkly clean. You will feel super comfortable with all the amenities provided in the room. The staff are AMAZING and very professional especially Engin. I showed up in the hotel with 2 guests, as their flight was canceled and had to stay over night. Engin was very genuine and allowed them to stay in my suite free of charge. Which was a bonus to me. I have stayed in this hotel in 2021 and 2022 and every time it feels like you are the first person using the room. The smell, the cleanings, the sheets are all very refreshing. The rooms are big and spacious. I have booked multiple rooms throughout the years and all of the rooms are uniquely designed. I highly recommend this hotel for families and young people who likes to have a great time and experience in the city. The staff help you arrange taxi and hotel transportation.

Absolutely new hotel, fully new furniture, stunning design. Room is not so spacious (usual for Istanbul), but space is enough and organised well. Fully equipped kitchen. Location is nice if Dolmabahce palace is your purpose. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Please notice self check in. I missed this message from Booking.com. The photos on Booking.com are 100% consistent with the room.
