Location and friendliness of staff

The staff were great and were always ready to assist with anything that we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect and we walked everywhere, because everything was within a walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Only good thing is the location.

The hotel is close to everything: public transportation, it's in the heart of the market, and it's near the metro (11 minutes walk). It's also close to Ulu Cami (the Grand Mosque), which is a major transportation center . I highly recommend this area; it's safe for solo and clean. The rooms are large,, and clean, and the staff are all incredibly helpful. They provide anything you need with a smile and are very respectful.

It is an excellent property i will visit it everytime i come to bursa The restaurant sky luxe is very delicious Very clean very helpfull especially hassan and okan and the other workers They speak arabic english turkey Very very very comfortable and nice stay at that hotel Very luxurious

What a superb and characterful place to stay in lovely Bursa. A former book shop, the hotel twists around a central stair case with a great garden or breakfast and. drinks. Lunch and dinner is also rather wonderful and out of the ordinary. We took a room with its own hammam and of course it wasn't cheap, but you can't put a price on bliss. And the host and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Just brow is the great mosque and the covered bazaar. What fun!!

We had a very pleasant stay.The location is excellent close to the main attractions yet quiet enough to relax after a long day of exploring Bursa. The room was clean,comfortable and well maintained,with everything we needed for a short stay.The bed was especially comfortable,which made a big difference after spending the day walking around the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions or recommendations.Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty,offering a good start to the day. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Amazing place to stay either if you are traveling alone or with your family. great location, safe neighborhood. As well as great breakfast, very friendly and kind personnel. All the guys who work at the hotel made me feel very welcome and next time whenever i'm in Bursa, i know where i'm going to stay.
