Very nice hotel. Conveniently located. Yilmaz went above and beyond to help me with all the questions I had. His friend Furkan also was very helpful. I would definitely come back.

Location is top notch! The roof-top is a plus though I’d say the food menu is limited. Facilites are good and taxis/car accessibility is no worries like other locations around the area. Staff especially Nuur, Murat, Hossein and others were amazing and very helpful which I appreciated and would make surely come again.

Five star feel for 2 star price. I had to catch a flight to the airport at 4am and the hotel clerk made me a coffee to go without me even asking him. Just overall kindness and thoughtfulness all around

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well organized, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, and I would especially like to thank Khaled at the reception for his professionalism, kindness, and support from the first day. The location is excellent and close to transportation and services. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again.

Awesome hotel, recently renovated yet you can feel the culture and history in it. Staff are amazing people and friendly, very helpful and welcoming. Look for Sefer, the duty manager, great guy, he helped us with his awesome hospitality and great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in town.

The location, the home away from home atmosphere, the friendly staff, the little goodies in the bathroom: cremes, deodorant, toothbrush, razor, lip balm and even condoms 😃🙃!

Location, room and staff. Specially Emir 😊. They receive us with a welcome letter, biscuits and a good expresso machine.

Great value of money. Location is perfect. 2 minutes walk from istaklal street, 2 minutes walk from sishane metro station and 5 minutes walk from Galata tower.

host is very professional and always gives warm welcome during come to hotel. Staff is also very nice and polite. all people very helpful to get anything like table, chair inside the room, any toiletries, cleaning as per requirements. Outside ambience is full of nice restaurants and happening environment.
