The greeting from Serhat was great and he was able to upgrade our room to superior and we were grateful for it. The location is perfect just 2 min away from the seaside, 2 min away from the public transportation, also 2 min and you'll be next to the pubs and restaurants nearby and proximity to Galata Port. Superior room is good for 3 family members. We requested the crib in our booking and they have provided it. We didn't try breakfast. The room is clean and breathable with 3 big windows size floors to ceiling in addition to good lighting as per the shared pictures. The bed is comfortable and they come clean and tidy the room every day as long as u put the sign outside your room. Toiletries provided. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Great value for money.

Every thing was great, but the breakfast not that much the can make it better choices I mean was not much anyway I will again visit it

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is one of its biggest strengths, it’s just a short walk from major attractions like Galata Tower and the Galataport promenade, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly throughout my stay. They were always available, accommodating any requests and making sure everything was comfortable. Their attention and care really made a difference. The hotel is new and the room itself was fully equipped with everything I needed, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent balance between price and quality, making it a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and value.

The place , view , breakfast and especially the service of staff , who all where ready to help and make the stay more pleasant ( I remember two names , Harun and Ahmed on reception, their service was great ).

it was our first visit to Istanbul, and the location was perfect. all the main must visit places were very close, you can either get on foot, or take tramway which is 200 meters from hotel. room was cozy and clean 👍 very comfy bed, quiet at night and safe around the hotel.

The hotel is located in a fantastic location, close to public transport, the Bosphorus, and many tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful and kind and we would be happy to stay here again if we come back to Istanbul!

I highly recommend the hotel is new, so nice and clean and it’s 2 minutes away from Bosporus, There are a lot of good and famous restaurants and cafes nearby, Galata mall like 10 minutes walk away Galata Tower as well, The staff are amazing welcoming and helpful they made our trip comfortable We enjoyed our stay at the hotel it was perfect and we will come back again.

Very nice and experience during the stay in Nordstern Galata. The staff allowed us to enter the roof top and enjoy the Turkish tea before checking in! The roof top has absolutely fantastic view of sea and people crowd. The breakfast is also very good :)

The staff was so warm and welcoming. They held our luggage after checkout, gave us tips on taking the tram and walking to the port to take our cruise which is very close. We were so close to the galata tower so pretty at night. Umbrella street also so close and has a lot of restaurants. The brekfast was to die for prepared by a master chef. My taste buds did not know what to do. Do not miss the breakfast with a nice view.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel, the location was exceptional, everything was within walking distance, the train station was nearby, there was food right outside the hotel, it was super inconvenient. The hotel was super clean, smelt amazing, and staff were incredibly helpful and kind, they went above and beyond always.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, assisting and kind. Loved and enjoyed my stay ☺️
