Florya Grand Hotel is truly amazing. I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. The room was very clean and beautiful, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were extremely professional, polite, and friendly—especially the reception team, who were very responsible, welcoming, and kind. The hotel restaurant has a very beautiful atmosphere, and the breakfasts are high-quality and delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied. If I come to Ankara again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very clean all around. From reception to housekeeping to dining services, all of the employees have an amazing attitude, and they are extremely helpful. Perfect location, right on Tunali Hilmi street, full of restaurants, bars etc. Rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities we needed.

The hotel was very clean and had friendly, welcoming staff. Especially Natalia at the reception was very helpful, she provided us with all the necessary information before our arrival and, depending on room availability, kindly allowed us to check in early. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay. It is located in a nice and quiet area.

Breakfast was amazing. Every day there were light meals prepared with a special recipe. Breakfast was rich in all elements Carbohydrates, Proteins, Healthy Fats, Vegetables, Fruits, Milk and Alternatives, Grains and Cereal Products, Various Other Products Available. I liked them. I enjoyed the fact that everything was perfectly thought of, precisely what one needs. The room was quite big, curtains light and work table were comfortable to work at. The mattress veey comfortable and bedding was clean. And the bathroom facilities worked perfectly, with grwat waterpressure etc. The breakfast was tasty and nothing unnecessary. The staff was exceptionally friendly, very helpful and quick in problem-solving. I felt very happy here!
