Very good hotel. Located at Lalei, only 2 minutes from tram station and close to main city's attractions. Clean room and you got all basic things you need. Breakfast is excellent, tasty and varied. My reccomendation.

Very Accommodation- as we did not eat red meat. They tried their best to see that we were comfortable Money Exchange nearby and vary Safe.

I loved the hotel—it was great value for money, the reception staff were extremely helpful, and I would definitely book again. The location was very close to the Tram & Train station

The hotel was perfect, it was close from everything, the metro line, metro station, bazar…. The staff were really nice and helpful with all our necessities. They cleaned our room everyday, which I loved 🥰, and the breakfast was so good. I was scared of my luggage because of the stairs at the entry door but really thanks to the hotel helpers.

Great location and friendly staff

Overall, the hotel was good and clean. However, the bed sheets were not changed every day and the bathroom was not cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable, but the window in our room did not close completely and the room warmed up very slowly. The staff were kind and welcoming. However, there was an issue with the Bosphorus boat tour. We asked to do the tour without dinner, but they kept insisting that we should do it with dinner. In the end, it turned out to be a very bad experience because the dinner on the boat was terrible.
