Everything. The location was excellent! Right next to the metro station and very close to several shopping malls. You can also find everything you need close to the hotel like pharmacies, cafés, food etc. I also want to thank the staff who cleaned our room everyday. They really did an amazing job and even organized all of our things everyday so that it was always tidy and clean. Really appreciate it. I needed a last minute appointment at a hair dresser and got help from the receptionist to find one right away. They referred me to the most amazing hair dresser I’ve been to. The staff was overall very helpful. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely be back.

Everything about this hotel is amazing - vibrant, great amenities, location and the suites in particular. The view of the Bosphorus is stunning. The restaurant is located on the top floor so you can enjoy breakfast/dinner at its best.

Highly recommend Upsuites Hotel! The staff were so careful about everything and really nice people! The room was nice, clean and quiet during the night. Breakfast was very delicious! The location was also really nice, and felt safe! Very close to metro and bus stations in case you want to visit around! Upsuites hotel is up for a great future with the standards they’re holding!

They were so nice and I were given a bigger room than the one I have booked which had a balcony, stayed there for almost 2 weeks and it was very peaceful and quiet which I needed as I were recovering after surgery

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They helped me check in early, and they even dry ironed my wife's anniversary dress for free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
