The staff were very helpful and they always smile at us. The breakfast was delicious and everyday there was new and different food. The bed was so comfortable and they clean the room very well every day.

The hotel is amazing but what will make me and my mother come back is the service and Gamze at the reception made it an exceptional experience for us! She ensured both me and my mother are happy and comfortable. So sweet and made us feel we are at home!

Everything from the staff to the facilities was excellent

Everything was great, the staffs were really nice and welcoming. There is Alper one of the guys at the reception he was so helpful, i had an issue with so much noise coming from the next room close to mine and after i complained he immediately changed my room with no difficulty and gave me an even better upgraded room. He was so nice and caring. He is the best! Oh and hotel is close to malls and tram stations, so convenient to move around İstanbul.

Great place for a transit stay, we used it for our last night in Istanbul, fairly close to Marmara Forum Shopping Mall. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Bathroom facilities worked well.

Good location, helpful staff. They have even sauna for the guests for free.
