I like everything in this hotel, the excellent service of the receptionist Anil, who upgraded my room at no extra cost and took care of everything for me to be satisfied. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is also excellent. In addition, the hotel is in a great location near the metro and markets. Everything is around, including restaurants, and it is a few meters from the famous Nisantasi Street. I highly recommend it and I will come back again.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, and it’s close to the markets, Shops and the metro station. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for us.

Good location, clean, good breakfast

Murat was an absolutely amazing person and helped me multiple times throughout my stay. He truly went above and beyond. The hotel is located in a great location. There are shops and food (open late) and even a 24hr pharmacy across the street. The metro station has a stop not even a block from the hotel. The room was clean and they cleaned it daily and gave free fresh water. The room has everything you need with little touches like a full length mirror and mini fridge that is actually big enough to put things in.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, modern and for the price it's a steal. Customer service is impeccable. Everyone is so polite and will go above and beyond to help. The front staff are awesome. Will definitely book again whenever I am back. Do not hesitate.

The hotel is nice and clean, but there is a bedroom without air conditioning. As soon as we went, I discovered that there is no reception. I have to go to another hotel to book and pay, and by car I go to the same hotel. It turned out that the entrance is scary, as if it is not a hotel. There is no sign on the door.

Everything was good ,good service especially Ikram in reception was so kind to wish us me and sis a happy birthday with a nice 2 cakes , can’t forget about ugun hazar zafer ,overall we really enjoyed it definitely coming back again

The property is in the middle of the center and everything is close to it - really good for the value
