Location is perfect. Yes there are routes where roads are steep but google maps also directed us to routes easier to walk on esp for my parents. On the quiet side of Galata. Lovely staff. Room had netflix so I’m glad I didn’t have to log in via my account and go through tedious log in. Very clean place.

Location is amazing. Main places are in walking distance. The street itself is absolutely beautiful! The room is nice and clean, comfortable for 2 people. Staff was very nice and welcoming. There is always someone at the reception. They can order you ar taxi if you need, or advise places to eat.

Very nice, clean and comfortable accomodation in the Istanbul tourist hotspot, but on very quiet and calm side street. Great value for money.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for anybody who would like to soak up something of the traditional Ottoman atmosphere with all the associated standard of service. Chandeliers and paintings. We had a large room with high ceiling and a beautiful view over a part of the Bosphorus. The lobby was large with many armchairs where you could settle in and relax. The staff and particularly the reception staff and porter and cleaning staff were really very helpful, smiling, professional and efficient. The breakfast on the top floor of the building was really wonderful and of a large variety as you sat and looked out over the panorama of the city. Location is particularly good since the hotel is located on the corner of a wider road with a metro entrance immediately in front of the hotel doors. We took a taxi directly from the international Airport, but you could also take the metro if you don’t have a lot of baggage and so save money. There is a small supermarket nearby on the main road side of the hotel and a cheaper restaurant, among others, that is on the stairs further up towards the main shopping street. And Galata tower and the Tunel historical rack railway downhill towards the bridge to Sultanahmet is not far away from there. A great experience for travellers for the price and romantic place for a couple. We hope to stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, room was clean, spacious enough, in good condition and warm (it was cold outside). There was no noise in the rooms as the hotel is located on a smaller quiet alley (but still right next to Galata Tower). Overall, also liked the area as there were multiple very nice restaurants within a short walking distance. Would recommend and go again.

Location was amazing Less than 10 mins walk from galata tower Less than 30 mins walk from eminomu Less than 30 mins walk from Taksimm Internet WiFi quality and speed was wonderful ( please check my first picture for apartment entrance )

Perfect hotel in the centre of town. New facilities, nice windows view of Galata tower, everyday cleaning, everyday new towels, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast in the restaurant nearby was always delicious. You can choose from different food options there - Turkish or sweet.
