Such a friendly welcome from Ali and Mevlüt. The hotel is perfectly located for Istanbul exploration, the room was a but of a squeez but very clean and comfortable, and the building is charming.

The Iranian staff named Reza really helped us during our stay in the hotel.

The place is perfect. The staff is more than nice, and very friendly. Metro, Bus and Tram are all 200 meters or less far away. The place is clean and very safe.

It is few minutes away from city center and surrounded by at least 7-8 local restaurants and coffee bars.. stuff also helped us a lot, also we are staying in this hotel for second time

Amazing hotel in the city center, very close to main tourist attractions and public transport (metro, tram and the Marmaray rail that was very important since I visited the Asian side quite often). At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was absolutely as expected, the bathroom was always clean, and hot water was always available. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay there.

The family that manages the hotel, they had been very nice, hospitable and helpful. The hotel is clean, the room was ok for me as solo traveller and good value for the money if you need only a place to sleep and shower

Most of my satisfaction came from where the hotel is located and the staff. The staff was amazing. I had issues with my ticket, so i had to bother them a lot such as using their phone to call airline customer support. The place we got was also amazing and definitely worth the price. Next time i come back to turkey, this hotel would be my choice without hesitation. I will also recommend this hotel to anyone else and every friend of mine who will travel to turkey. P.S Breakfast was amazing too.

The location is the best near to tram, metro and bus stops and infront of the hotel have some store for water bottles fir cheap price.. Staff are helpful specially for the directions.

You have to walk a bit to the location

After reading some negative reviews about this hotel, I initially booked only one night to see everything for myself. However, after arriving and experiencing the stay, I immediately booked an additional nine nights. The staff are very polite, warm, and professional, and considering the price, the quality of service and facilities is excellent. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast lady was charming. Very good breakfast with lots of choices on the rooftop terrace, so great views. Comfortable bed and room. Great location. Not in the masses of tourists in Sultanhamet but close enough to everything. Good local restaurants nearby.im not good with heights so the little outside stairs up to breakfast were challenging.

It’s near to all amenities, staff were over and above hospitable offering tea/ coffee anytime/ every time, I was treated more like a family member than a mere guest

Location and view amazing - Galata tower is visible from the window, owner is cooperative and helps with all staff.
