The staff were so friendly, they let us check in early and gave Christmas presents to our kids! The pool was perfect for young kids as it is big but shallow. And our room was so big making it perfect for our family. Also so close to the beach.

Extremely friendly and accommodating. My Dad had health issues and they where very helpful and friendly. I and my family members will stay there again.

All new and clean, breakfast was amazing! Welcome drinks was amazing good touch and the pool is great. Perfect location on the middle of the market. Free parking on the spot.

Location is very convenient for finding food just few steps we can get to many different cuisine restaurants. Free billiards and bing bong table are nice too, even though lot of people making line to play, and kid playground is good to keep kids busy

The lady at the front desk is really helpful. The hotel is in a good location. Maybe a bit out of date but still a good value and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is very good .

Kids club was huge and had a great variety of things for our kids. 8th floor been had a clear suspension ridge and a slide to go down to third floor!

Staffs are very accommodating. We asked for more pillows and they delivered right away to our room .

Beautiful property with exceptional views. Quiet and perfect for a getaway from the city.

We were surprised by a nice guy when we checked in with Japanese kimono dress session to photo with in the park near by, a simple gift from visitor center, as well as a small breakfast next morning. The outdoor hot spring has good temp. No one was there, so we had it all to ourselves.

the decoration preserves the traditional Japanese style, and there’s a historical Hot Spring that the emperor’s brother visited before.
