Rich Hotel is a budget friendly yet value for money hotel

I really liked the hotel the rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location, great restaurant

Edwin was very accommodating. And so was Lidya. We had trouble with the credit card machine/internet. So Lidya accompanied us to the ATM so we could get some cash to pay for the hotel bill. The flight the next day to Kilimanjaro Airport was early so we requested a six o clock am drop off to the Kilimanjaro Airport. The driver picked us up around 6:00 am and we got to the airport around 7:00 am. But before we left, the hotel prepared a box break fast for us to go. Thank you Edwin and Lidya. Thank you Jamal and Prego our drivers to Kilimanjaro Airport.

Everything! The staff was very helpful and courteous, it was nice to have a reasonably priced restaurant. The room was fabulous; super comfy bed. Nice shower with products.

Friendly staff, good location, nice rooftop bar to chill in. Douhle room is small but clean and fan is helpful for the heat. Breakfast is tasty. Would happily stay again

It is a great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Conference center. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are regularly and thoroughly cleaned. Included breakfast was a great bonus. Special thanks to Mr John for accommodating my request for a late checkout.

Proximity to various shops, lovely and spacious room, nice staff, restaurant was great, the view from the top is breathtaking
