The Times Square view was incredible and exceeded my expectations. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the E train and Times Square within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Everything was nice, compared to the comments/reviews we was a little skeptical but upon arrival we were treated with the upmost respect. I didn’t get the young man’s name it as soon as we walked in the hotel he knew who we were and helped us so much. We’ll definitely coming back and we will definitely choose this hotel. :)

All staffs were so kindly and friendly. Location is very good. It is close to Times Square, Central Park, subway line for jfk airport. Also additional facilities like free coffee and drinkable filtered water. This saves lots of dollars. The room and bathroom are clean enough

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! What really stood out was their flexibility and exceptional customer service. Due to a major accident at the airport, we had to delay our checkout, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the smart tablet feature, which made it so easy to control the lights, temperature, and TV—such a modern and convenient touch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Overall, everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Based on the reviews, I knew the room would be small so that really didn't bother me. I booked the room for the amazing views, and that's exactly what I got. There's nothing like going to sleep in a comfy bed looking out at the lights of the Manhattan skyscrapers, and then waking up to the same, yet totally different, view the next morning. This place is next level and totally worth it just for the view. Room is small but they make good use of the space. Staff were friendly. Would stay again

Everything was great here. We got lucky and found a last-minute deal, so the value and quality were really worth it. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main central attractions. The room we got (two beds) was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, as was everything else. The staff we came across were kind and assisted with any need we had. Definitely would come back here and would recommend it.
