Seriously everything. The staff is welcoming and helpful, location is perfect, the breakfast and aperitivo are a delight and were a wonderful surprise. Our room (corner king) was very spacious for a NYC hotel and had a very classy and luxurious feel.

Everything was good, only rooms are so small.

The 11 Howard suite at SoHo was huge for the price that we paid for. The suite has a modern design and perfect for big family. The location was also walking distance to subway stations. Thanks to the Howard team for our room upgrade and being helpful during our 3 nights stay. We appreciate it & looking forward to be at 11 Howard again on our next NYC trip!

Clean, modern and the perfect location

Absolutely great hotel with urban-chic design. You have everything you need: good bar at night with great music and atmosphere, clean room with comfortable bed, no noise. Location is perfect! Great restaurants and great shopping all around the hotel. It was flawless experience.

Nice place, very good staff, close to many interesting places! Access to major metro stations. I would recommend it to anyone. Affordable price, considering Manhattan!

The drinking station room in the ground floor is very convenient for me to stay and have some coffee and hot water with tea.

The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. I brought 7 pieces of luggage and there was still plenty of space.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was great. There are several reasonably-priced garages nearby to park your car. The subway was also close. We would definitely stay again!

Perfectly located, near the subway, easy to access, extremely clean, safe and comfortable. Wonderful terrace in the upper floor, with breathtaking views.
