The hotel was situated in an excellent location close to restaurants, shopping and tourist sites. The room was lovely as were the staff and amenities.

I love the period details of this property, and the staff were AMAZING! (Especially Otto, from the restaurant, and all of the doormen, whose names escape me- they were all A++ incredible!!) The rooms are clean & comfortable, the restaurant is spectacular. Everything was wonderful, can’t say it enough!

Everything was nice, compared to the comments/reviews we was a little skeptical but upon arrival we were treated with the upmost respect. I didn’t get the young man’s name it as soon as we walked in the hotel he knew who we were and helped us so much. We’ll definitely coming back and we will definitely choose this hotel. :)

Everything brand new and comfortable

Very elegant, and effortlessly luxurious. It delivers that true New York glamour, but for what made my stay impeccable was service. Their whole staff team is amazing! Attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead, making everything feel perfectly taken care of. Can’t wait to be back!

Located in Midtown Manhattan (on 45th Street), there’s really nothing to complain about. The location is excellent — close to Bryant Park, with easy access to Times Square, the subway, and bus stations. There’s a bar and a great Italian pizza place just across the street. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. After a long day of walking around the city, this is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

It was meticulously clean. It was thoughtfully designed. The staff were lovely and polite.
