Great facility with great views of the water

Clean, easy access, just so happy with entire experience

Location was very easy to find, right off the main road. Quiet. Entire hotel was spotless in cleanliness, not even a piece of paper on the floor throughout the 5 days I was there. Walls clean throughout. Parking was plentiful despite being a lot of cars at times. Rooms were very large in my opinion, very clean upon arrival. Decent amount of fresh towels and linen on bed was stainless. Bed comfortable, mattress and pillows were firm. Kitchenette was stocked with cups, plates, pots and pans and supplies for cooking was sufficient. Hot water. Rooms were soundproof. Provided plenty of carts for luggage. Elevator was clean and fast. Breakfast was outstanding! Enjoyed hot options as well as quick food for on the go. Staff constantly restocking and cleaning of breakfast area. Hot coffee throughout the morning. Plenty of relief area for pet, property even provides poop bags. Everything was just excellent.

The staff went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious with modern decor and a unique layout.

Beautiful old building in central historic downtown district. The restaurant is very reasonably priced and has a friendly staff and good food. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful modern comfortable self contained unit with lots of coffee and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The location is a slightly grungy character-filled neighbourhood filled with the typical single houses of Charleston. I loved walking around looking at the architecture. Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants, and not too far from downtown.

Jonas was a wonderful concierge. The breakfast was plentiful and the woman tending it was delightful. Plenty of parking, quiet, comfy.

Exceptionally clean and pleasant staff. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in! The breakfast including local bread, quiche and homemade yogurt and granola. The wine and cheese in the evening was also locally sourced. Will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Charleston.

The room we had was fantastic. 3rd floor, high ceilings. Was essentially an apt on King st. It was the perfect amount of space and im so glad I booked over a hotel.

Everything was beautiful, from the welcome drink, to the rooms, to the courtyard, to the amazing front desk people. Early check-in and late check-out was also greatly appreciated. This is my second time staying, and I hope to be back!

It was in downtown and all the people were very polite and the hotel was very clean.
