The king suite was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable! I can honestly say this is the new family Hotspot when we're in town. This was an amazing stay! The staff ..hands down the best!

The staff are amazing friendly and very professional. We found the room just great and we stayed there on three separate occasions in November. The breakfast was delicious and the bar was fun. We live in Australia but have family nearby the hotel. We highly recommend this Homewood Suites!

The room are very clean. It looks like it was just renovated so everything was new inside of the room. Really close to everything! Will definitely be back and I definitely recommend! It’s a hidden gem.

I was visiting Charlotte for the first time and I was traveling solo. It was important for me to be in a safe location with good access and nice accommodations. I took a chance with Kasa and I was not disappointed!! Everything was perfect for my stay! The secure access into the building and my room, the quick responsiveness of the company, and atmosphere in the room was all excellent.

I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I found management personnel to be be understanding and willing to go the extra mile to help. I am a diabetic. They were considerate.

I absolutely love the dove products in the room. I also love the fact there was turkey sausage available for breakfast ❤️❤️❤️ both things I have never seen in any hotel I've stayed in the past. I REALLY APPRECIATED the early check in. My husband absolutely loved the orange water in the lobby. The location is perfect!!! Next to everything I needed.
